Rain

Life had been passing, like a reaper’s crop and the Earth was scorched in pain, then it happened, a gust of life beamed through the squalling Earth. The cirrus filled sky rumbled with ravenous deities, sudden bursts warned the Earth and its life. Surrender was now imminent like everything knew the halcyon days were back. A sudden silence wrapped the earth, In this moment it seemed that the escape was a step missing for this dying star, But in that brief blip of doubt it exploded. The downpour liberated everything, life took a breath and finally old memories were resurrected.
